What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of Curbed: the app in the browser, the iPhone app and the website curbed.cab, provided by B Squared Software Development Ltd. The commercial arrangements are in the agreement between us and your company; these terms are about how you use Curbed.
Who may use Curbed
You get an account from a company that uses Curbed. You must be 16 or older.
Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you suspect someone else has access, tell your company straight away.
Using Curbed properly
Record what you see, truthfully. Photograph only what the report needs and avoid people in the frame unless necessary.
Do not use anyone else’s account. Do not attempt to reach other companies’ data, disrupt the service, or copy or reverse-engineer the software beyond what the law permits.
Your company’s data
Everything recorded in your company’s Curbed belongs to your company. We process it as described in the privacy policy. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Our service
We work to keep Curbed available and correct, but the service is provided as it is. It may be interrupted for maintenance and features may change.
Curbed does not replace any legally required inspection or check of a vehicle.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of Curbed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual property
Curbed and the software behind it are ours. You receive a limited right to use Curbed for as long as your company has an account. The iPhone app is additionally subject to Apple’s standard licence terms.
Ending
Your company can deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. What happens to data afterwards is set out in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. That does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
