QR reporting

Reporting with a QR sticker in the vehicle

A sticker by the door opens that exact vehicle. Add photos, send — in seconds, with no vehicle to look up and no fleet number to type.

Scan the sticker and that vehicle’s page opens. No list, no search box.

Scanning

Scan, photograph, send

The driver points the camera at the sticker. The phone opens the vehicle, they add photos or a short video, pick a category and which side it is on, and send. The workshop sees it on the board straight away.

In three steps

  1. Scan
  2. Photograph
  3. Send

Printing

You make the stickers yourself, in Curbed

Under QR codes there is a sheet for your whole fleet: the fleet number, the vehicle type, the plate and the QR code for each vehicle, with cut lines to trim along. Search by number or plate, filter by depot, and print the sheet. A new vehicle is one sticker to print.

One vehicle

One sticker, one vehicle

No list, no filter, no fleet number to type: the sticker on vehicle 2174 opens vehicle 2174. The driver sees what is already known about that vehicle, so the same dent is not reported again every shift.

Worth knowing

Drivers report under their own account, so every report carries who filed it and when.

We set new companies up by hand, so a demo starts with your vehicles and your depots rather than a sample account.
