Every defect, reported from the vehicle in seconds

Your drivers scan the sticker in the vehicle, add photos and send. The workshop sees it straight away — damage, a light out, a technical fault, a service due — and it stays on that vehicle’s record, with who reported it and when.

Built for taxi, private hire and minicab operators, and any fleet whose vehicles change hands between shifts.

How QR damage reporting works, in three steps

  1. Scan the sticker

The sticker opens that exact vehicle. No list, no fleet number to type.

  2. Photograph and send

Photos or a short video, a category, which side it is on. In the browser already on the phone.

  3. The workshop takes it from there

On the board straight away. Assign it, move it on, close it with what was done.

For your team

One damage report, three screens: driver, workshop and office.

The driver reports it and gets on with the shift.

  1. Scans the sticker; that exact vehicle opens, with nothing to look up.
  2. Sees what is already open or known, so the same dent does not go in twice.
  3. Adds photos or a short video, picks a category and a side, and sends.

Try it

Try the demo taxi firm before you talk to anyone.

A made-up taxi firm with 20 vehicles and a month of reports. Be the driver, the mechanic or the office — no account, nothing to install.

Resets every 12 hours. Nothing you do reaches a real company.

Getting started

Set up your fleet with a spreadsheet, a printer and one poster.

That is what stands between your vehicle list and a driver reporting a dent. No integration, no rollout project.

  1. Import the fleet

Download the template, fill it in, upload it. Curbed shows what it will add, update and skip before anything is saved.

    Import/Export

  2. Print the stickers

An A4 sheet for the whole fleet with cut lines. Filter by depot, or print one when a vehicle is added.

    QR codes

  3. Put up the poster

Drivers scan it, create their own account and apply. You approve them at the depot they drive from.

Questions

What taxi operators ask before the demo

Do drivers have to install anything?

No. The driver points the camera at the sticker and the vehicle is on the screen, in the browser already on the phone. Nothing from an app store, nothing to download, and nothing for whoever manages the device to approve first.

Do drivers need an account?

Yes, and it is the one step there is. A report carries who filed it, so a driver signs in — they apply from the poster or the sticker and you approve them. That happens once, in Curbed, and nothing is installed on the phone at any point.

How do I stop the same defect being reported every shift?

Mark it a known issue. Anyone who scans the sticker on that vehicle sees what is already known before they file anything, so the duplicate never gets typed — the dent that will always look a bit off does not arrive again on Monday. It is a closing status of its own, beside done — handled just as finally, and still visible to the next driver who looks.

Does the export include the photos?

No. The export is a CSV of reports: what, where, priority, who filed it, who handled it and when. Photos, closing notes and the status timeline stay in the app.

We set new companies up by hand, so a demo starts with your vehicles and your depots rather than a sample account.
