Depots

More than one depot, without running Curbed twice

Every vehicle belongs to a depot. Someone working at one depot sees that depot; someone who has to see the whole firm sees the whole firm, and can narrow to one.

Two depots on one board, and one mechanic assigned across both.

Your depot

You see the depot you are working at today

Curbed knows which depot somebody is at, and every list, count and export follows it. It is not a filter you set again each morning: it sits with the person rather than in the address bar, so your own browser cannot put you back at the depot you worked at last month.

Assignment

Assignment and notifications stay with the depot

A report about a Rotterdam vehicle is assigned to whoever works at Rotterdam — plus head office, which reaches everywhere. And a new report wakes the managers responsible for that depot rather than another one’s: a scratch at one depot is not a notification at the other.

Managing depots

You manage the depots yourself

You create, rename and deactivate depots yourself, each one carrying how many vehicles are based there. When you import the fleet, the depot is simply a column in the file, so there is nothing to go back and set one by one.

See it on your own fleet

We set new companies up by hand, so a demo starts with your vehicles and your depots rather than a sample account.
